25. Topic: The Native Americans, the War of 1812 and the Jackson administration. Thesis: Immigrants to the North American English colonies had always used any means to remove the native inhabitants from their land. However during the Jackson administration excuses were found to justify Indian removals on a massive scale using the concepts of state’s rights, racism, and the justification of punitive actions.
