The Mission

The mission of the Delta Pacific Early Childhood Development Project is to provide a higher education program that is research-based and produces exemplary educators who provide high quality intervention instructional programs in all settings for young children.

The Vision

This partnership bridges the transfer process between San Joaquin Delta College and University of the Pacific for early childhood education professionals.  The goal of the partnership is to create pathways for adults to access careers in early childhood development fields while addressing extensive workforce needs.  Graduates can expect to be proficient in theoretical knowledge supported by cutting-edge practical and applied methodologies for educating young children.
