The Human Resources Specialists coordinate recruitment for faculty, management and classified employees. They assist applicants with questions regarding qualifications, deadlines, interviews, and outcomes of active recruitments; attend annual job fairs to facilitate faculty and management recruitment; provide initial orientation for all new hires and respond to employee questions regarding policies and procedures and the classified, police and faculty contracts.
