Counselor, Student Athletes

My job as Counselor for Student Athletes is to provide counseling that meets the special needs of athletes. As you plan your coursework, you need to be aware of academic requirements imposed by the NCAA and COA.You also need to be sensitive to your academic load as it relates to practice and your hours committed to employment or other activities.  I can help you with that.

Mr. Gaines has over 20 years of coaching experience at Delta College. He has held the positions of Head Women’s Track Coach, Asst. Women’s Softball Coach and Asst. Football Coach and, Head Football Coach.
