Due to budget constraints, and in keeping with the college’s ongoing commitment to support ecologically sustainable practices, the Financial Aid & Veterans Services office will discontinue use of the U.S. Postal Service for all student communications effective 2/19/2009. Instead, all communications with regard to your Financial Aid and Veterans services will be conducted via your student Email account.

Exceptions will only be made for new students who have not yet completed their Delta College Admission Application. Upon admission, all students will be required to check their college provided Email account for any Financial Aid and Veterans Services correspondence.

Governor Schwarzenegger signed a bill setting the community college enrollment fee at $26 per unit effective Fall 2009 term. For those who have a fee waiver the fee increase will be fully covered and no further action is required on your part. If you have not applied for financial aid be sure to complete a 2009-10 FAFSA to assist in the payment of fees, books, and other educational expenses.
