Microsoft Office Compatibility Pack for 2007 File Formats
If you're using an older version of Office, download and install the converter pack to be able to open, edit and save files in the new 2007 format. 

Download get-started training for the Microsoft Office 2007 system
Download an add-on to put a "Get Started" tab in the Ribbon of Word, Excel or PowerPoint 2007.  This tab will allow you to link to video demos, interactive tools and online training.  You may be prompted to download and install additional plug-ins.
