FALL 2010 SERVICE HOURS EOPS/CARE Service Counter Hours: M-Th, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m. Fridays, 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. (Noon) EOPS/CARE Counseling Services: August 16 through August 27 - LIMITED Counseling Services available - DROP-INS ONLY Beginning August 30 - By Appointment ONLY Monday - Thursday - 8:30 a.m. - 3:30 p.m. Fridays - 8:00 a.m. - 12:00 p.m. LOCATION: We are located in the beautiful new Lawrence & Alma DeRicco Student Services Building on the Second Floor in the Elizabeth Humbarger Counseling Center, Room 234. The building faces Pacific Avenue and is to the West of the Cunningham 1 Parking Lot. A Special Message to Students Due to the California State budget crisis, the EOPS and CARE programs across the state have faced unprecedented decreases in funding. These cuts have negatively impacted the level of services that we have been fortunate enough to provide in the past. While we are unable to say exactly what changes will occur, there have been reductions in most of the EOPS and CARE student support services. Staff continues to work on developing processes and priorities to maximize the resources available and to minimize the impact on students.
