E.O.P.S. currently has a limited amount of spaces available for the Spring 2010 semester

If you are currently enrolled in 12 units, and you are in "Good Standing" with Financial Aid, you may now schedule an appointment for one of the following EOPS Application Workshops:

                    Wednesday, March 17, 9:00-10:00 a.m.

                    Wednesday, March 17, 3:00-4:00 p.m.

                    Thursday, March 18, 10:30-11:30 a.m. 

                    Thursday, March 18, 2:30-3:30 p.m.    

Seating is limited, and you must have your name on the Roster for admittance.  If you have any questions or would like to schedule your appointment for one of the above Application Workshops, please go the the E.O.P.S. Service Counter in the Counseling Center, DeRicco 2nd Floor, or call (209) 954-5151 X 6296.

• Apply for admission to Delta College (e-Services Lab - DeRicco, 1st floor, Room 149)
• Complete the Delta College Placement Testing Process (DeRicco, 1st floor, Room 110)

• Apply for the 2009-2010 Board of Governor's Fee Waiver to cover tuition costs, or
• Complete a 2009-2010 Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA), or apply on line at FAFSA www.fafsa.ed.gov/
• Submit official copies of transcripts to Delta College's Admissions Office (DeRicco, 1st floor, Room 132) for evaluation of associate degree applicable units. (Only for students who have attended other institutions of higher education).

• Review EOPS eligibility criteria

When the EOPS budget permits, applicants are accepted during the Summer intercession and the Fall and Spring semesters. The majority of EOPS students are accepted during the fall semester. In the spring term the number of students admitted is conditional on the availability of remaining EOPS budget.

• All new applications are reviewed in the order received.
• Processing of an application takes a minimum of 6- 8 business weeks from the date of application.
• Incomplete applications will not be given priority.
• All qualified applicants will be notified through their Delta College's e-mail account regarding acceptance.
• All incomplete or ineligible applicants will be notified in writing through the United States Postal Service.
